During the Second World War German troops looted the bank reserves of each conquered country and then shipped the gold back to Germany, while victims of the Holocaust were also stripped of any valuables they had, including gold jewellery. The gold from these sources was then melted down and cast into bars with the mark of the German central bank, the Reichsbank, imprinted on them.While much of the stolen gold was used to pay for the ongoing war effort, a large portion was still intact and in Nazi hands as Germany's defeat became apparent...

Νότης Μαρριάς: Να εγγραφεί το γερμανικό χρέος στον κρατικό προυπολογισμό

Επειδή το θράσος των Γερμανών και του λαού τους έχει ξεπεράσει κάθε όριο σας υπενθυμίζουμε  τι έγραψε στα ΕΠΙΚΑΙΡΑ ο κ.Νότης Μαριάς ( Καθηγητής Ευρωπαϊκών Θεσμών του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης) με τίτλο ...''Na εγγραφεί το γερμανικό χρέος στον κρατικό προυπολογισμό''  

• Δεν θα πρέπει να μας διαφεύγει ότι στις 13 Δεκεμβρίου 2010 στη Βουλή ο υφυπουργός Οικονομικών κ. Σαχινίδης δέχτηκε ότι οι οφειλές του Βερολιίνου προς  την Ελλάδα ανέρχονται πράγματι σε 162 δισ.ευρώ.
• Και μάλιστα 108 δις ευρώ από την αποζημίωση που επιδικάστηκε υπέρ της Ελλάδας από τη Διάσκεψη Ειρήνης των Παρισίων για την αποκατάσταση των ζημιών που προκάλεσαν τα ναζιστικά στρατεύματα στην οικονομική υποδομή της χώρας μας και 54 δις ευρώ από το αναγκαστικό κατοχικό δάνειο.

ΕΠΟΜΕΝΩΣ σε πρώτη φάση η κυβέρνηση οφείλει να εγγράψει το «αντίστοιχο γερμανικό χρέος προς την Ελληνική Δημοκρατία» στις ανείσπρακτες οφειλές προς το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο και κατ’ επέκταση στον κρατικό προϋπολογισμό, αφού πρόκειται για άμεσα απαιτητό ληξιπρόθεσμο χρέος.

• Στη συνέχεια, θα πρέπει δοθεί σχετική εντολή από το υπουργείο Οικονομικών στις υπηρεσίες του να προβούν σε άμεσες ενέργειες για την είσπραξη του εν λόγω ληξιπρόθεσμου γερμανικού χρέους.

Η ΕΓΓΡΑΦΗ στον κρατικό προϋπολογισμό του «αντίστοιχου γερμανικού χρέους προς την Ελληνική Δημοκρατία» θα έχει ως αποτέλεσμα...ο προυπολογισμός της χώρας μας να μεταβληθεί σε πλεονασματικό.

  

ΜΕ Ο,ΤΙ αυτό συνεπάγεται για την έξοδο της χώρας από τη δημοσιονομική εποπτεία της ΕΕ, την εκπλήρωση των κριτηρίων του Μάαστριχτ, την πιστοληπτική ικανότητα της χώρας, τα spreads κλπ.

  

ΤΑΥΤΟΧΡΟΝΑ σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες της Eurostat, η Γερμανία θα πρέπει να υποχρεωθεί να εγγράψει το δημόσιο χρέος της προς την Ελλάδα στο δικό της κρατικό προϋπολογισμό ...
