Με αφορμή την λογοκριμένη ταινία-αναφορά στην Ακρόπολη του Κώστα Γαβρά μετά απο την εντολή "ες έδαφος φέρειν" του υπουργού (Βυζαντινού;;) Πολιτισμού κ.Αντώνη Σαμαρά, αναδημοσιεύουμε


-περιγραφές και απόψεις σχετικές με τα γεγονότα,

-ολόκληρο το ντοκυμανταίρ με την επίμαχη σκηνή με τους μαυροντυμένους ορθόδοξους ρασοφόρους να κομματιάζουν (και)τον Παρθενώνα,

-και μία ενδιαφέρουσα αναφορά του Αμερικανού αναλυτή J.S.Parker σχετική με την "καθ'ημάς" υπάρχουσα νομική ασάφεια του Συντάγματος (2001) περί των θρησκευτικών θεμάτων στην (θεοκρατική αλα Τεχεράνη) Ελλάδα του 2009.

Μεγάλο λάθος των υπευθύνων της Αρχιεπισκοπής η αναμόχλευση τέτοιων θεμάτων. Η ιστορία του μνημείου ειναι -δυστυχώς- αυτή που αναφέρει ο Γαβράς με πόνο ψυχής. Και νάταν μόνον ο Παρθενώνας. Αλλοι 400 αρχαίοι ναοί καταστράφηκαν και ισοπεδώθηκαν από το μίσος των φανατικών χριστιανών ενάντια στον αρχαίο Ελληνικό πολιτισμό και θρησκεία. Οι νεκροθάφτες του Ελληνικού αρχαίου κόσμου, της επιστήμης και του οικουμενικου πνεύματος που είχε αναπτύξει,οι αυτοκράτορες-θεοκράτορες Κωνσταντίνος καί Θεοδόσιος (α και β) ειναι κύριοι συνυπεύθυνοι για το σκοτάδι του Θεοκρατικού χριστιανικού Μεσαίωνα που ρήμαξε, οπισθοδρόμησε, τρομοκράτησε και αιματοκύλησε την ανθρωπότητα για 2000 χρόνια. Χωρίς αυτούς, και την διατεταγμένη καταστροφή της συσσωρευτικής γνωσιακής καμπύλης του αρχαιοελληνικού κόσμου,ο σημερινός κόσμος θα είχε σαφέστατα ενα πολύ διαφορετικό επίπεδο επιστημονικής, κοινωνικής, πολιτικής, και -γιατί οχι- διαπλανητικής ανάπτυξης καθώς και λιγότερους πόνους και οδύνες.(-ed)

Η "Ιερά" σύνοδος απαίτησε από τον υπουργό "πολιτισμού" κ.Αντώνη Σαμαρά να λογοκριθούν οι σκηνές του βίντεο του Κώστα Γαβρά που δείχνουν ρασοφόρους να σπάνε τον Παρθενώνα και προβαλλόταν στο μουσείο Ακρόπολης.
Και το κατάφερε....χωρίς καθόλου κόπο. Αμέσως έσπευσαν να υπακούσουν στους ρασοφόρους οι πολιτειακοί παράγοντες και για μία ακόμα φορά η εκκλησία καταφέρνει να μην ειπωθεί η αλήθεια για την μεθοδευμένη καταστροφή του Ελληνικού πολιτισμού μας που έκανε.







The Orthodox Church has lobbied the Greek Government to have an educational video, shown in the new Acropolis Museum, banned. The 'offending' clip was produced by famous film-maker Costas Gavras, and shows black-clad monks destroying parts of the Parthenon. Despite the film's historical accuracy, Culture Minister Antonis Samaras was forced to censor the clip. Gravas, best known for the anti-Junta movie "Z", was understandably outraged. As the role of the Greek Minister of Culture is to placate Orthodoxy's senior clergy, we feel that it may be more appropriate if the Ministry were relocated to Mount Athos, and renamed the Ministry of Holy Relics and Weeping Icons.

ΥΠΟΥΡΓΟΣ ΑΠΟΠΟΛΙΤΙΣΜΟΥ, ΨΕΜΜΑΤΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΛΟΓΟΚΡΙΣΙΑΣ!

Η τελευταία και πιο αηδιαστική (για την ώρα…) από τις πολλές πρόσφατες υστερίες των κακομαθημένων ορθόδοξων θεοκρατών, ήταν η «αγανάκτηση» της λεγόμενης «Ιεράς» Συνόδου τους για ένα βίντεο του Κώστα Γαβρά, που έως τώρα προβαλλόταν στο νέο Μουσείο της Ακροπόλεως και σε κάποιες σύντομες σκηνές του παρουσίαζε, υπερβολικά ήπια μάλιστα, τους φανατικούς χριστιανούς της πρώτης χιλιετίας της χρονολογίας τους να καταστρέφουν ναούς και αγάλματα της Ελληνικής Εθνικής Θρησκείας.

Αηδιαστικότερη όμως υπήρξε η στάση που τήρησε επί του θέματος η Πολιτεία, η οποία αντί απλώς να συστήσει, και μάλιστα αυστηρά, στους θεοκράτες «να καθίσουν στα αυγά τους», βγήκε αρχικά απολογητικά δια του στόματος του υπουργού κ. Σαμαρά και προσπάθησε να τους καθησυχάσει με την υπόσχεση ότι «το ζήτημα θα εξεταστεί κι αν τα καταγγελλόμενα αληθεύουν, θα προχωρήσουμε σε επανόρθωση» και τελικά αποφάσισε, με την «επιστημονική» μάλιστα συνηγορία του προέδρου του Μουσείου καθηγητή κ. Δημήτρη Παντερμαλή (αυτού του απίθανου ανθρώπου που είχε το καλοκαίρι του 2003 βγάλει… «μονοθεϊστές» τους αρχαίους Μακεδόνες του Δίου!) να αφαιρέσει από το βίντεο τις μη αρεστές στους θεοκράτες σκηνές για να συνεχίσουν αυτοί ανενόχλητοι να κάθονται επάνω στην αντεστραμμένη ιστορική αλήθεια και να παριστάνουν τους Έλληνες.
Εν έτει 2009 λοιπόν, το υπόδουλο στους θεοκράτες Ελληνικό Κράτος ΛΟΓΟΚΡΙΝΕ κατά διαταγή των αφεντικών του ένα βίντεο που όχι μόνο δεν ξεμπρόστιαζε όπως θα’ πρεπε την Εκκλησία, αλλ’ αντιθέτως, μέσω της προσεγμένης ασάφειάς του, απέκρυπτε τα αμέτρητα εγκλήματά της κατά της Ελληνικής Εθνικής Θρησκείας και κατ’ επέκταση κατά του πανανθρώπινου πολιτισμού. Εν έτει 2009 το επίσημο Ελληνικό Κράτος, έχοντας να επιλέξει ανάμεσα στο όνομά του και την Θρησκεία που φοράει καπέλο, επέλεξε την δεύτερη, κοροϊδεύοντας ανοικτά τους Έλληνες για το πώς καταστράφηκε ο αρχαίος κόσμος και τα δημιουργήματά του.

Σε άλλες εποχές με άλλα, ανώτερα ήθη, οποιοσδήποτε ήταν στην θέση του κ. Σαμαρά θα έπρεπε να είχε αυτοκτονήσει ή έστω παραιτηθεί, αντί να ζήσει τον εξευτελισμό της μετατροπής του από υπουργό Πολιτισμού σε υπάλληλο ιστορικής ψευδολογίας και εντεταλμένο λογοκριτή. Το ίδιο και ο κύριος καθηγητής που, παρ’ όλο που είναι γνωστός για τις στενότατες σχέσεις του με τους θεοκράτες, ανενδοίαστα διοικεί τον καινούργιο χώρο κερδοφόρας αιχμαλωσίας των ΙΕΡΩΝ μας αγαλμάτων και αντικειμένων, δίχως την ελάχιστη έστω πνευματική σχέση με αυτά, αλλά με προσήλωση στο ακριβώς αντίθετό τους. Είμαστε βέβαιοι ωστόσο ότι ούτε ο πρώτος, ούτε ο δεύτερος θα έχουν τέτοια ευθιξία. Είναι και «πολλά τα λεφτά», είναι και «χοντρή η πέτσα», και τι συνεπώς ζητάμε εμείς οι ρομαντικοί άνθρωποι;

Είμαστε βέβαιοι επίσης ότι κανείς από τους -περί άλλων λαλίστατους- «ευαίσθητους» και «δημοκράτες» δημοσιογράφους δεν θα παρουσιάσει τις ιστορικές και θρησκευτικές ενστάσεις μας, αλλά για μία επιπλέον φορά το όλο θέμα θα παρουσιαστεί ως μία ακόμα περίπτωση λογοκρισίας του συρμού, δίχως την πραγματική του, ακανθώδη διάσταση.

Από την πλευρά μας όμως δικαιούμαστε από εδώ και πέρα να θεωρούμε ότι όλοι εμείς οι πραγματικοί, κατά τα πάτρια, Έλληνες, τελούμε υπό κατοχή, το ίδιο και η πατρίδα μας. Όσο θα ασκούν την τυραννία τους οι θεοκράτες, όσο οι υπουργοί θα τους κάνουν τον υπηρέτη την ίδια ώρα που απαξιούν ακόμα και να απαντήσουν σε δικά μας έγγραφα, όσο το ψέμα θα εξακολουθεί να παραμένει θεμέλιο της νεοελληνικής ταυτότητας, όσο οι φόροι μας θα καταλήγουν στις τσέπες των αντικοινωνικών παρασίτων, όσο η πραγματική ελληνική φωνή θα παραμένει αποκλεισμένη από παντού, θα καταγγέλλουμε νύκτα ημέρα τους κατακτητές.



Κάποτε οι ένοχες σιωπές θα σπάσουν και μαζί τους θα τελειώσουν και τα ψέματα. Κάποτε οι Έλληνες θα επανακτήσουν αυτήν την χώρα. Την χώρα μας!

Σημ.εκδότη: Πάντως τώρα που κατέβηκαν τα ιερά Ελληνικά λείψανα των Αρχαίων απο την προστασία του Βράχου και μαζεύτηκαν ολα μαζί στον χώρο του ιδιωτικού "Μουσείου-ΝΠΔΔ", ειναι πλέον δυνατή και πιο ευκολη η όποια μελλοντική "μεταφορά" τους, ο διεθνής "δανεισμός" τους δίκην περιοδεύοντος θιάσου σε άλλα "Μουσεία-ΝΠΔΔ/ΝΠΙΔ", η πιθανή "λεηλασία" και ολοκληρωτική καταστροφή τους. Ongoing Persecution of Pagans in Modern Greece

According to our constitution, Americans have the right to religious freedom. But according to Greek law, Greeks do not. In a country where religion and state are intermixed, and only three religions are recognized, smaller religious groups cannot practice freely. Groups pressing for freedom include pagan followers, who cannot practice their customs in the country where their ideology began. .... But this Hellenic religion was banned from the Middle Ages to the Ottoman occupation. In 212, after the Second Punic War ended, a Roman order went out decreeing all religions must be registered. No one was to worship in public unless their religion had been approved by the chief government pontiff. Today in Greece, things aren't that different for people seeking to worship freely. The Greek Orthodox Church became Greece's official religion in the fourth century, and has repressed other religions ever since. In his March 1997 article in the journal Ratio Juris, Charalambos Papastathis argues that "the cohabitation of an established Church and non-established ones is bound to generate unfair discrimination and abridges religious tolerance, which is a European achievement and an indispensable part of Western political and constitutional culture."
With 98 percent of the country's population recognized as members, the Greek Church has the power to keep two laws on the books that severely restrict other religions. These two laws that were enacted during the Dictator John Metaxas' rule in 1938 still govern today.
The first prohibits converting Greek Orthodox followers to other religions. Greek Law No 1363/38, with amendment Law No. 1672/39 states: "Anyone engaging in proselytism shall be liable to imprisonment and a fine between 1,000 and 50,000 drachmas; he shall, moreover be subject to police supervision for a period of between six months and one year to be fixed by the court when convicting the offender."
The second law requires anybody that is not Orthodox to obtain church licenses from both the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs and the local Orthodox bishops. However, the Ministry defines different religions under different laws. According to the law, only the Orthodox Church, Judaism and Islam are recognized as "legal persons of public law," and are therefore recognized. The "legal persons of private law" category includes all other religious groups, including Protestants, Jehovah's Witnesses and pagans.
Because the minorities are considered private and not public, they cannot own joint property -- making it difficult for them to establish a church -- or represent themselves corporately in court. And minorities have struggled to retain their voice, in the face of "cleansing" of Greek territory. Agreements with neighboring Turkey and Bulgaria to exchange minority populations have lessened the numbers of the non-Orthodox in Greece. However, this changed somewhat when a wave of Middle Eastern refugees came to the country in 2001.By limiting these religious minorities, the church plays a powerful role in influencing policy within the government. Separation of church and state would require a constitutional amendment: Paragraph 1 of the Constitution (2001) says, "Greek Orthodox dogma is the prevailing religion." It goes on to state that "The Church of Greece is inseparably united in doctrine with the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople and with all other Orthodox churches" and that "the Church is self-administered and autocephalous." However, these two laws contradict Phrase 2 of the Greek Constitution, which states: "There shall be freedom to practice any known religion; individuals shall be free to perform their rites of worship without hindrance and under protection of the law. The performance of rites of worship must not prejudice public order or public morals." These contradictory and repressing laws first brought a lot of attention from the international community in 1996 when United Nations Special Rapporteur on Religious Intolerance, Mr. Abdelfattah Amor, visited Greece from June 18-25. He found "limitations on freedom of worship which are inconsistent with internationally established human rights norms." His findings also concluded "the constitutional provisions prohibiting proselytism to be inconsistent with the 1981 (UN) declaration and stresses the need for greater respect for internationally recognized human rights norms, including freedom to convert and freedom to manifest one's religion or belief, either individually or in community with others, and in public or private."Then in 1998, the European Court of Human Rights condemned the Greek state for violating Article 9 of the European Convention of Human Rights in a proselytism case. In his ruling, Judge DeMeyer said, "The law in issue in the present case is contrary to the Convention in its very principle, since it directly encroaches on the very essence of the freedom everyone must have to manifest his religion." Greece is the only European country to ban proselytism and the only country to have such a ruling from the human rights court. BUBBLES

Do investors have any bubbles left in them?

In the days of free and easy money, under the leadership of Federal Reserve chief Alan Greenspan (once dubbed the 'Maestro', though strangely enough, not any more), investment became a big game of 'spot the next bubble'.
With hindsight, investing was easy. You just had to ignore things like fundamentals and rationality, and buy whatever everyone else was buying. Trouble was, you also had to avoid being the 'greatest fool', and bail out before the bubble popped. Lots of people didn't, hence the current pain being caused by the property slump. Losing money in bubbles is painful and teaches a hard lesson. We've had two in less than a decade – the tech bubble and then the property bubble. Surely it would be difficult to take investors for a ride again?
Certainly it would be difficult. But not impossible.
Investors do learn from bubbles...
James Montier at Societe Generale is a specialist in 'behavioural finance'. This basically takes psychology and applies it to the field of investment and economics. As someone who's studied psychology in the past, I'd be the first to admit that it's a pretty 'soft' science compared to something like physics, for example. But compared to the pseudo-science that is economics, it's positively respectable.

CIT Won’t Get Additional Bailout Money; Bankruptcy Likely

CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) said that its discussions with the U.S. government have ceased and will not receive any more taxpayer funds.
CIT, which received $2.3 billion in Troubled Asset Relief Funds (TARP) in December, said “there is no appreciable likelihood of additional government support being provided over the near term,” and that it is “exploring alternatives.”
The most likely alternative for CIT is bankruptcy, according to analysts.
“Maybe they can put together a last-minute deal and try to sell themselves,” said Adam Steer, an analyst with CreditSights Inc. in an interview with Bloomberg News. “The most viable alternative once the government decides to not step in is a trip into bankruptcy.”
The company is seeking $2 billion in rescue financing from existing debtholders and has given them 24 hours to come up with the cash, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal, which cited anonymous sources. Should that effort fail, bankruptcy won’t be far off.

Retail Impact

A CIT bankruptcy could have a trickle down effect on the supply chain of many small- to mid-sized retailers.
“At the risk of sounding overly cautious, if the government did not help CIT, we could see significant inventory issues for the holidays,” David Strasser, an analyst at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC told the Los Angeles Times. “Some vendors would simply not be able to finance shipments to retailers for holiday.”
Vendors for retail giants such as Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (NYSE: WMT) and Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) rely on CIT for factoring, an old form of finance in which the lender pays the vendor for its accounts receivable. If the retailer fails to pay for the goods, the lender assumes the responsibility to pay the vendor.
Not even an open statement on Wednesday from the National Retail Federation endorsing the need for TARP funds for CIT could help the lender.
“If the criterion for whether a financial institution should receive government assistance is whether it is ‘too large to fail,’ CIT is most certainly too important to the retail industry to be allowed to fail, and the retail industry is too important to the economy to be placed under additional stress,” NRF President and Chief Executive Officer Tracy Mullin said. “A failure of CIT would impact thousands of retailers and, consequently, the consumer spending that makes up two-thirds of our nation’s economy...READ ON:http://www.moneymorning.com/2009/07/16/cit-bankruptcy/

JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs Profit Surge is an Accounting Mirage, Not a Sustainable Sector Trend

It takes more than two to make a trend.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) yesterday (Thursday) became the second major U.S. investment bank – following Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE: GS) – to this week report windfall profits for the second-quarter. That’s helped fuel a four-day advance in U.S. stocks that’s seen the Dow Jones Industrial Average surge 7%.
Unfortunately, these two decidedly positive developments don’t necessarily indicate that better days have arrived for the U.S. banking sector.
To the contrary, many analysts – including Money Morning Investment Director Keith Fitz-Gerald – say these profits are merely a mirage created by an obscure accounting rule that allows banks to transform “toxic debt” on their balance sheets into income.
JPMorgan, the second-largest U.S. bank, said that that second-quarter profits were $2.7 billion, a jump of 36% from a year ago and 27% from the previous quarter.
A $1.1 billion, one-time reduction that resulted from the decision to repay $25 billion in Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) funds was offset by strong gains at the firm’s investment banking division.
Profit at JPMorgan’s investment banking division more than tripled as a result of record investment-banking fees and the strong performance in the fixed-income market. The investment-banking operations generated $1.47 billion of profit, almost quadruple the amount earned in last year’s second quarter.
Investment-banking fees – which zoomed 29% from a year ago and 62% from the first quarter – totaled $2.2 billion, and were a "record for any investment bank in any quarter," according to JPMorgan Chief Financial Officer Michael J. Cavanagh.
JPMorgan’s earnings in the first half of 2009 grew 11% to $4.86 billion, or 68 cents a share, from $4.38 billion, or $1.20 a share, in the first six months of 2008. Remember the infamous leaked Vikram S. Pandit memo we wrote to you about awhile back that suddenly saw Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) turn a profit on nothing more than vapors?

Stay tuned: We’re about to see more of these puffed-up profits. JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM), Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) and PNC Financial Services Inc. (NYSE: PNC) will reportedly be booking as much as $56 billion in windfall profits using similar financial chicanery in the months ahead.
Sadly, millions of investors will likely interpret this as a sign that the U.S. financial sector is once again a viable “profit” play - when the reality is that Wall Street hasn’t learned a single darned thing from the financial crisis and is up to its old tricks once again.
This time around, the biggest U.S. banks - including JPMorgan, BofA, and PNC - will employ an obscure accounting rule to magically transform the “toxic debt” that they obtained from such “zombie banks” as Wachovia Corp., Countrywide Financial Corp., National City Corp., and Washington Mutual Inc. (OTC: WAMUQ) into actual income.
Yes, you heard me correctly - income. It makes me furious. Ανεξέλεγχτες διαστάσεις παίρνει η καταστροφή του παραγωγικού ιστού της κοινωνίας μας απο την ελλειψη ρευστότητας, δανείων και τις ακάλυπτες επιταγές που κατακλύζουν την αγορά και τις τράπεζες (τοξικά "πλαφόν"). Πέρα απο κάθε επίσημη πρόβλεψη (αλλά σύμφωνο με τις προβλέψεις μας - ιδε λινκ στο τέλος), οι ακάλυπτες επιταγές και συναλλαγματικές του 2009 εχουν τριπλασιαστεί σε σχέση με την αντίστοιχη περσινή περίοδο. Στο πρώτο εξάμηνο άγγιξαν τα 1,8 δισ. ευρώ, σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία που ανακοίνωσε η διατραπεζική οργάνωση πληροφοριοδοτών "Τειρεσίας Α.Ε.", με τη "φούσκα" των μεταχρονολογημένων επιταγών να αποτελεί την βόμβα αποσταθεροποίησης στα θεμέλια του κράτους μας. Οι οικονομικές και κοινωνικές συνέπειες ειναι ηδη τραγικές. Οι ακάλυπτες επιταγές, με προβλεπόμενο σύνολο μεχρι το τέλος του 2009 πάνω από 3 δις ευρώ .Η έλλειψη ρευστότητας σε συνδυασμό με τις τράπεζες, προκλητικά αδιάφορες, να αρνούνται την χορήγηση δανείων στους μικρομεσαίους, οδηγεί την μεσαία τάξη της κοινωνίας μας σε πλήρη καταστροφή. Τον Ιούνιο σφραγίστηκαν περίπου 35.000 ακάλυπτες επιταγές συνολικού ποσού 340 εκ. ευρώ, ποσό που είναι αυξημένο κατά 300% σε σχέση με πέρυσι. Ανήμπορη η κυβέρνηση να ελέγξει τους κ.κ.Τραπεζίτας, και να επιβάλλει σταθεροποιητικές λύσεις στην πιό κρίσιμη καμπή της κρίσης, παραμένει θεατής στο θέατρο των "συναδελφικών τραπεζικών στρές τέστ" του κ.Προβόπουλου, τον θίασο των "θωρακισμένων" τραπεζιτών που η ΤτΕ εποπτεύει,και την κατάρα του ιού "Τειρεσίας Α.Ε.". Αναλώνεται καθημερινά σε άχρηστες αντιπαραθέσεις και προυπολογισμένους διαξιφισμούς με την αντιπολίτευση, και αφήνει την οικονομική πυρκαγιά να μαίνεται ανεξέλεγχτη και να καταστρέφει στό πέρασμά της όποια ελπίδα κοινωνικής συνοχής και άμυνας απαιτούν οι επικίνδυνες περιστάσεις μεσούσης της παγκόσμιας κρίσης.
Ο Αυγουστος, παραδοσιακά ενας μήνας που "χτυπημένες" εταιρίες εξαφανίζονται "μέσα σε μία νύχτα" θα προσθέσουν μαζί με τον Ιούλιο σίγουρα μερικές εκατοντάδες εκατομμύρια στο 1,8 δις, ξεπερνώντας ισως τό συνολικό -ετήσιο-ποσό του 2008, με οτι αυτό σημαίνει για τις σχέσεις τραπεζών-κοινωνίας. Ειναι σαφές πλέον, οτι η συστημική βλάβη στο μοντέλο εμμεσης χρηματοδότησης "πλαφόν" ειναι μη αναστρέψιμη. Ειναι επίσης σαφές, οτι η ΤτΕ και οι τράπεζες δεν θέλησαν και δεν μπόρεσαν να αντικαταστήσουν συστημικά τον "Τειρεσία" και την τεράστια αδυναμία του συστήματος. Με ενα εκατομμύριο κωδικούς εγγεγραμμένους , οικονομικά αποκλεισμένους, "ανενεργούς" και δακτυλοδεικτούμενους μέσα στο σύστημα, η όποια "επανεκκίνηση" της οικονομίας αποτελεί όνειρο θερινής νυκτός. Η φυσικά συνεπαγόμενη κοινωνική εκρηξη μέσα στο Φθινόπωρο, παρά την καλλιεργημένη τρομοκρατία της πανδημίας, προβλέπεται να ειναι τέτοιας συμμετοχής, έκτασης και έντασης, που θα κάνουν τα "Δεκεμβριανά 2008" στο κέντρο της Αθήνας να φαντάζουν σαν περίπατος...

Παρά τα ατελείωτα χάλια της Αμερικάνικης οικονομίας και τις στρατιές των ανέργων που κατακλύζουν τις Αμερικάνικες μητροπόλεις,η Goldman και τα στελέχη της, σε αγαστή συνεργασία με την κυβέρνηση πλέον, σκουπίζουν με αποδεδειγμένη μόχλευση και τα τελευταία χρήματα "επενδυτών" στις χρηματαγορές της Wall Street, λίγο πρίν την επίσημη αντικατάσταση του δολλαρίου -που οι ίδιοι έκαψαν- σαν παγκοσμιας αποθεματικής αξίας.

Επίσημα, αντιμέτωπη με απώλειες εκατομμυρίων δολαρίων ενδέχεται να βρεθεί η Goldman σε περίπτωση που το κλεμμένο λογισμικό της καταλήξει «σε λάθος χέρια», φέρεται να δηλώνει αμερικανός αξιωματούχος σε ξένα ειδησεογραφικά πρακτορεία με αφορμή την υπόθεση της σύλληψης του Sergey Aleynikov. Σύμφωνα με το Dow Jones Newswires, ο Matthew Goldstein στην κυριακάτικη στήλη του στο Reuters είχε αναφέρει ότι ένας Ρώσος μετανάστης, κάτοικος του New Jersey, συνελήφθη από τις αρχές με την κατηγορία ότι είχε υποκλέψει αυτοματοποιημένους κωδικούς διαπραγμάτευσης από χρηματοπιστωτικό ίδρυμα της Νέας Υόρκης. Πληροφορίες ανέφεραν ότι οι κωδικοί εκλάπησαν από τη Goldman, ενώ ο Sergey Aleynikov φερόταν να έχει συλληφθεί από ομοσπονδιακούς πράκτορες του FBI την Παρασκευή, 3 Ιουλίου, στο αεροδρόμιο του Newark επιστρέφοντας από το Σικάγο. Αν και εκπρόσωπος της Goldman απέφυγε να προβεί σε σχετικά σχόλια, όπως και ο εκπρόσωπος των εισαγγελικών αρχών του Μανχάταν, η υπόθεση φαίνεται να παίρνει διαστάσεις στις ΗΠΑ.

Δημοσίευμα του Bloomberg αναφέρει ότι στον 39 ετών Sergey Aleynikov, πρώην προγραμματιστή της Goldman. και κάτοχο αμερικανικής και ρωσικής υπηκοότητας, έχουν ήδη απαγγελθεί κατηγορίες για την κλοπή και εμπορία του λογισμικού. Μάλιστα, ο βοηθός του Γενικού Εισαγγελέα του Μανχάταν, Joseph Facciponti, φέρεται να δήλωσε ενώπιον ομοσπονδιακού δικαστηρίου στις 4 Ιουλίου ότι η συγκεκριμένη κλοπή αποτελεί απειλή όχι μόνο για την ίδια τη Goldman Sachs, αλλά και για τις αμερικανικές αγορές. Ο Aleynikov φέρεται να μετέφερε τον κώδικα, αξίας πολλών εκατομμυρίων δολαρίων, σε server στη Γερμανία, απ’ όπου και άλλοι μη εξουσιοδοτημένοι χρήστες ενδέχεται να απέκτησαν πρόσβαση.Οι εισαγγελικές αρχές δηλώνουν ότι «η τράπεζα έχει εγείρει ζήτημα χειραγώγησης της αγοράς, από το ενδεχόμενο χρήσης του λογισμικού από κάποιον που γνωρίζει πως να το χειριστεί».(!!! Δηλαδή η Goldman δεν χειραγώγησε;;;-ed) «Το αντίγραφο του κώδικα βρίσκεται ακόμη στη Γερμανία και έως τώρα δε γνωρίζουμε ποιος άλλος έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτό», προσθέτουν.

WHEN I last wrote about Goldman Sachs in late March the most politically-connected and luckiest firm on Wall Street was in the middle of rigging the stock market -- again. "Something smells fishy in the market. And the aroma seems to be coming from Goldman Sachs," is the way I put it in that March 28 column. Well, a lot has changed in just the past few weeks. And I'd like to put it all together for you, and for the rest of the media should it choose to follow what is shaping up to be the most incredible financial story ever. Back in March I noted that the rally occurring in the stock market had the indisputable fingerprints of Goldman all over it. There were numbers to back it up. Despite the fact that regular investors seemed to be pulling their money out of the market or -- at best -- investing conservatively, stock prices were zooming. The reason was simple: Big investors were pouring money into equities. And Goldman Sachs was the biggest of the big. According to the New York Stock Exchange figures for the week of April 13 that I quoted, Goldman executed twice as many big trades -- called "program" trades by the industry -- as any other firm. And, the bulk of the 1.234 billion shares bought by Goldman that week were paid for with the firm's own money.Of course, Goldman would have to be mighty confident that stock prices were going up to risk so much of its own capital.(their capital??-ed)Or, perhaps, it knew stocks would be rising.
This was the time, remember, when banks were trying to recapitalize by selling shares to the public. Goldman, you'll also recall, had turned itself into a bank holding company so it could take $10 billion in government money under the Troubled Asset Relief Program. Goldman also sold billions worth of new stock to the public while all this was happening.How much harder would it have been for banks to sell stock to nervous investors if the market was swooning rather than booming? Goldman's sudden and inexplicable optimism about stocks was incredibly opportune for the banking industry in general, for Goldman in particular and -- here's where the conspiracy starts to unfold -- for the government. It's tough, however, to do what needs to be done to rescue the market when pesky journalists and annoying bloggers are looking over your shoulder.
So a couple weeks ago the NYSE suddenly announced that brokerage firms would no longer have to report their program trades. The new rule takes effect next week.
Convenient!Wall Street and Washington have been playing footsie for decades. Back in the late 1980s, President Reagan determined that the stock market was so vital to the country that he signed an executive order creating the President's Working Group on Financial Markets. What the president wanted from this group was unclear, but the precipitous drop in stock prices in 1987 and 1989 had made everyone nervous.
Soon afterward, Robert Heller, a former Federal Reserve governor, came right out and proposed what the president was probably thinking -- the stock market should be rigged in times of impending disaster. But instead of going through all the trouble of buying actual stock, like firms do in program trades, Heller suggested a shortcut -- the purchase of stock index futures contracts.
From that point on everyone suspected that Washington would jump in to calm the stock market whenever the waters got rough.Goldman has so many top executives who've moved into government that the company is now not-so-affectionately called Government Sachs.
Hank Paulson, the incompetent Treasury secretary during the last Bush Administration, was a former chairman of Goldman. Paulson almost slipped about the cozy relationship Washington had with Wall Street when he was being interviewed on TV and blurted out that it was part of his job to speak frequently with "market participants."
No, it's not.Was he tipping information to Goldman during these conversations, like interest rate decisions? Was Goldman some sort of ex-officio government conduit? The clincher came last week in the most bizarre and unexpected twist to this unpredictable decades-long tale.
Federal prosecutors accused a guy named Sergey Aleynikov of stealing proprietary "black box" computer codes from Goldman. The agent in charge of the case said the following in court: "The bank (Goldman) has raised the possibility that there is a danger that somebody who knew how to use this program could use it to manipulate the market in unfair ways." What was Goldman doing with a program that could "manipulate the market in unfair ways"?
The answer: It was using it to manipulate the market.

LONDON (Reuters) - The owner of a website onto which a purportedly stolen Goldman Sachs Group Inc (GS.N) computer code was downloaded has declined to say whether or not other people accessed the code while it was on the site.Roopinder Singh, who runs file storage website xp-dev.com, told Reuters in London on Friday that computer files show whether or not the valuable code -- which U.S. prosecutors have charged former Goldman employee Sergey Aleynikov with stealing -- was viewed by others, but he declined to say what they show due to the scale of the case. According to Singh, accounts at xp-dev.com initially have a privacy setting that only lets the user see them. However, users can change that setting to allow other people to view files.
"Private is the default," he said. "You then have the option ... You can explicitly either share it (or keep it private)."
He declined to say what the settings on Aleynikov's account were.
Singh also said German authorities had taken hardware from the website on Monday, while the UK's Serious Organized Crime Agency visited his flat in south east London several hours later that evening. He said his website was down until Wednesday morning."On Monday afternoon the hard drives were seized -- German authorities took away the hard drives to do forensic work on them. "I wasn't really (initially) told it was connected to the Goldman case," Singh said. "On Wednesday morning they came back to my place and I deleted the data."
The FBI in New York said earlier this week it had taken measures to prevent code being sent from the server in Germany. "Working through our assistant legal attache in Frankfurt and with the authorities in Germany, the FBI has taken steps to ensure that the appropriated code was not distributed," FBI spokesman Jim Margolin said. Singh said that he had previously had no connection with Aleynikov and that anyone could set up an account on the site.
Aleynikov's lawyer said on Friday that there was confusion over what was being said and written about the code. The lawyer, Sabrina Shroff, said: "They talk about open source code and proprietary information as though it were the same thing."(-they are not.But Goldman were so cheap to use open source anyway-ed)
Shroff said: "He (Aleynikov) has not said anything about sharing proprietary information. In fact he denies guilt. There is no guilt, and there is no harm to Goldman Sachs." The purported theft of the code could cost Goldman Sachs "millions upon millions of dollars", a U.S. prosecutor, Joseph Facciponte, said at 39-year-old Aleynikov's initial court appearance in New York on Saturday. He was arrested on Friday night and interviewed by the FBI. Goldman Sachs declined to comment while a Serious Organized Crime Agency spokesman was unable to comment.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney directed the CIA eight years ago not to inform Congress about a nascent counterterrorism program that CIA Director Leon Panetta terminated in June, officials with direct knowledge of the matter said Saturday.
Subsequent CIA directors did not inform Congress because the intelligence-gathering effort had not developed to the point that they believed merited a congressional briefing, said a former intelligence official and another government official familiar with Panetta's June 24 briefing to the House and Senate Intelligence committees.
Panetta did not agree.
Upon learning of the program June 23 from within the CIA, Panetta terminated it and the next day called an emergency meeting with the House and Senate Intelligence committees to inform them of the program and that it was canceled.
Cheney played a central role in overseeing the Bush administration's surveillance program that was the subject of an inspectors general report this past week. That report noted that Cheney's chief of staff, David Addington, personally decided who in Bush's inner circle could even know about the secret program.
But revelations about Cheney's role in making decisions for the CIA on whether to notify Congress came as a surprise to some on the committees, said another government official. All spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the program publicly.
An effort to reach Cheney was unsuccessful.
A former intelligence official, who was familiar with former CIA Director Gen. Michael Hayden's tenure at the CIA, said Hayden never communicated with the president or vice president about the now-canceled program and was under no restrictions from Cheney about congressional briefings. While I do not subscribe to or endorse the opinions and views of the writer/producer OR the BBC, this series of vids is without a doubt must see viewing.

It's tracings of the origins and growth of the neocon and radical islamic fundamentalist movements are spot on. The archival footage alone makes it worth watching.

I thank Mr. Price for making this series freely available for distribution.

Subject: A MUST SEE BY EVERY AMERICAN
Such a shame this outstanding documentary has never been broadcast here in the U.S. Without question it is one of the most important works of investigative journalism on the Neo-Con(men) ever produced. It won every top award in British documentary journalism and was one of the most widely watched documentary series in British history.
Even today, this is still a "must see" by every voting American. PBS are you listening?

Such a shame these Neo-Con(men) are not in prison for the atrocities they have caused.

I am revisiting my original review to hope that your viewing of it will help expose in your mind that the Neo Progressives use fear as effectively as the Neo Conservatives...one need only look at the un-necessary fear being ginned up by Presiden Obama. Fear = Power & advances of political agendas without question by a paralyzed populace. Enough! I thought Obama was going to be different; but he is using the Bush / Rove playbook to accomplish different, and no more worthy, goals. I am done being a pawn of fear and manipulation by politicians. WATCH THIS MOVIE!!!!

I hope the author of this film, which honestly and plainly exposes fear as a tool of manipulation for political power, will follow it up with something exposing the two other biggest false fears laid in front of the American (and world) people: The Global Warming "crisis" and the American Health Care "crisis".
No intelligent viewer will come away from this film without a greater understanding that the "bigger" a problem government attempts to fix, the bigger the underlying lies are.

I long ago abandoned the Republicans and Democrats here in the USA. They spend their energy splitting us, the electorate, into divisions just large enough to protect their power base - and no larger. If we knew the truth about the endless list of "emergencies"...we wouldn't need them much, would we?

Watch this film and then think about what other crisis situations are being created to scare the crap out of you and to scare you INTO believing things that just aren't true.

Καλοκαίρι του 2009, και το Αφγανικό ειναι και πάλι στό καυτό προσκήνιο με επιχειρήσεις και αψιμαχίες σε εναν καθημερινό πόλεμο "ολων εναντίον ολων". Καθημερινές οι αφίξεις με τα φέρετρα των νεκρών Αμερικανών και Βρεττανών που πέφτουν απο τις σφαίρες των πρώην συμμάχων και νυν εχθρων τους Ταλιμπάν...

The invasion gave a common cause to an extraordinary alliance of radical Islamists in Afghanistan and around the world and to the neo-conservatives in the US.
It was a key battleground of the Cold War. Washington provided money and arms including even Stinger missiles capable of shooting down Soviet helicopters. But it was Islamic Mujahideen fighters who would fire them.Among the many foreigners drawn to Afghanistan was a young, wealthy Saudi called Osama Bin Laden.
Long before 9/11, he would have been seen by neo-conservatives in Washington as one of their foot soldiers, helping fight America's cause.
After nearly 10 years of fighting, Soviet troops pulled out of Afghanistan.
Both the neo-conservatives and the Islamists believed that it is they who defeated the "evil empire" and now had the power to transform the world.
But both failed in their revolutions.

ΜΑΦΙΑ ΑΛΑ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ

Η Ελληνική μαφία, η (πρόσφατη) εταιρία δολοφόνων και άλλα σχετικά απο το blog του Αθηναίου. Με πλοκή σαν από χαρτόδετο καλοκαιρινό μυθιστόρημα. Με διαπλοκή που μας πάει πολύ βαθειά και αποδεικνύει για -ακόμα- μια φορά την ελαφρότητα που χαρακτηρίζει την ανάθεση των Δημοσίων εργων στην χώρα μας. Μέχρι και κλεμμένα φορτηγά απο την Ιταλία χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για την κατασκευή του μεγάρου του Αρείου Πάγου-του ανώτατου θεσμου της Ελληνικής Δικαιοσύνης (πολύ συμβολικό και καθώς πρέπει!).


....Ο Τρομπούκης που του χρωστούσε κάποια εκατομμύρια ο Λαζαρίδης
ο Μπάμπης είδε ότι δεν θα έπαιρνε φράγκο γιατί δεν είχε ο μακαρίτης
και έβαλε να τον καθαρίσουν φοβούμενος μήπως κάνουν τον φτωχό
και οι υπόλοιποι που του χρωστάνε.
Παίζει και ο Καλογρίτσας (που τώρα τον ξεσκονίζει το ΣΔΟΕ)
ο εργολάβος δημοσίων έργων γνωστός ΠΑΣΟΚΤΖΗΣ
που πήρε πολλά έργα από τους Πράσινους και αν δεν κάνω λάθος και τα
Δικαστήρια του Αρείου Πάγου τότε που φέρεται να είχε φιάξει και
το εκλογικό περίπτερο του μακαρίτη του Βαγγέλη του Γιαννόπουλου
(γνωστός και από το κωλόσπιτο του άλλου μακαρίτη του Ανδρέα
με το οποίο θησαύρισε η Λιάνη....δηλαδή της πουτάνας το κάγκελο γίνεται και άντε βγάλε άκρη).
Ο Καλογρίτσας ήταν συνεταιράκι με το μπουμπούκι-Τρομπούκη στο γραφείο
του οποίου πήγαν τα τσουβάλια με τα ευρά της απαγωγής που έδωσε
το Κατερινάκι η σύζυγος του Παναγόπουλου που τον ήθελε ακόμα ζωντανό
γιατί μετά με τις κληρονομιές τρέχα-γύρευε είναι πολλοί οι Απόστολοι
που περιμένουν Ευλογία....και βλέπει το χρήμα ένας υποτακτικός
της συμμορίας και έχασε τα Θεούλια του όπως είπε χαρακτηριστικά
στην Ασφάλεια..."...τόσο χρήμα δεν είχα ξαναδεί μέσα σε τσουβάλια...".
Τα ευρά που πήγαν για "πλύσιμο" στον Τρομπούκη εικάζετε ότι
βοηθούσε στο "λουλάκιασμα" και ο Πράσινος Καλογρίτσας....
Τώρα πόσο θα "έμπαιναν" τα λύτρα στο "ξέβγαλμα" είναι ένα ζήτημα
γιατί με τον Βλαστό δεν τα βάζεις και δεν τον εξαγριώνεις.
Μήνυμα με το κινητό και βλέπεις τα ραδίκια ανάποδα.

Και μιας και μιλάμε για Μαφία στην Ελλάδα, θα πρέπει να συμφωνήσουμε οτι, οπως για κάθε έγκλημα μαφίας στην χώρα μας-σαν τα παραπάνω- υπάρχουν αυτοί που -ισως-τιμωρούνται, αλλά και οι μαφιόζοι "υπεράνω" νόμων των κοινών θνητών.
Ενας τέτοιος "ημίθεος" που ο νόμος δεν ακουμπάει ειναι ο κ. Τσουκάτος. Ο εν λόγω "κύριος" ομολόγησε με στυλάκι εδω και καιρό ότι πήρε μία βαλίτσα με ενα εκατομμύριο ευρώπουλα αγνώστου πατρός και γνωστής μάνας (η κα Ζήμενς,οεο) και τα κατέθεσε για ξέπλυμα στο ταμείο-πλυντήριο του ΠΑΣΟΚ. Γιατί δεν είναι στη φυλακή ο Τσουκάτος; Γιατι τα ΣΔΟΕ, γνωστή και σαν ΥΕΕ, η κάποιος αρμόδιος υπουργός (Δικαιοσύνης-Οικονομικων-Δημόσιας Τάξης) δεν εντέλλει το ΠΑΣΟΚ να επιστρέψει άμεσα τα προιόντα εγκλήματος στο Δημόσιο Ταμείο της φτώχειας ; Πως μας παρουσιάζονται ο κ.ΓΑΠ και οι λοιποί "αδιάφθοροι Πασόκοι" στα κανάλια και κρίνουν τους άλλους; Ο κ. ΓΑΠ και το ΠΑΣΟΚ Του, ζητάνε πλέον την κυβέρνηση καθημερινά. Φαίνεται πως το κόμμα-επίσημος κλεπταποδόχος εχει καταλάβει σε τι ειδους κομματική πελατεία και ακροατήριο απευθύνεται, μία τεράστια μαφία "κλεπτών" και κουμπουροφόρων "αρματολών".
Μπράβο μας, θαυμάστε μας, δοξάστε μας, βάλτε μας και στο μουσείο της Ακρόπολης για μιά διεθνή προβολή...

Ασχημα τα νέα της υγείας του δολλαρίου. Κι ακόμα ο Σεπτέμβριος ειναι μακριά. 4 Ιουλίου 2009, ημέρα γιορτής της Ανεξαρτησίας των ΗΠΑ. Συνήθως μιά μέρα μεγάλης γιορτής για την Αμερική. Φέτος μουδιασμένοι οι Αμερικανοί πολίτες, κατήργησαν λόγω περικοπών μέχρι και τα εορταστικά πυροτεχνήματα σε πολλές πολιτείες, ειδικά σε αυτές που η ανεργία θερίζει κόσμο και υπερβαίνει το 10% , δηλαδή ενας στους 10. Σαν αποτέλεσμα, το κύμα των αστέγων που κατακλύζουν τις μητροπόλεις διογκώνεται μέρα με την μέρα...

....Many New Yorkers view summer as a time for vacations, camp and lazy days at the beach. But city officials have been preparing for quite a different summer ritual: the swelling of the population of homeless families.

They call it the summer surge, and say that this year could be the worst yet.

Because the homeless population this spring was up more than 20 percent over last spring, possibly because of higher unemployment, officials are girding for an all-time high in the number of families in shelters at once, expecting close to 10,000. Already, the number has reached 9,420.



Other cities are noticing a similar trend. In Toledo, Ohio, one overcrowded shelter has been turning away dozens of people each night. In Charlotte, N.C., a shelter that is typically open only in winter has stayed open for the summer to meet demand, which is 20 percent higher than last summer. Across town, a Salvation Army shelter is so full, it has set up mats on the floors.

The reasons are varied but simple. Landlords who are reluctant to evict during winter are less hesitant when it is warmer. Parents like the Maldonados, who have endured poor housing conditions to spare their children agitation and humiliation at school, finally pack up and leave. And relatives who have taken in families in cramped apartments lose patience when children are suddenly underfoot all day long.

“When school’s open, families tend to stay where they are,” said Deronda Metz, the director of social services for the Salvation Army in Charlotte. “And when school’s out, they’re told it’s time to go.”

In New York, the number of homeless families applying for shelter in the summer has been 28 percent higher than the rest of the year the last three years. Their first stop is the intake center, a 24-hour, sprawling 66,000-square-foot brick building in the Bronx. They must walk through metal detectors, must submit to questioning from social workers and, after hours of waiting for their names to be called, are bused to a temporary hotel room or apartment.

Workers have begun to make room for the hundreds of extra families that are expected at the center this summer. On the second floor, all of the cubicles in one room were dismantled, replaced by rows of plastic chairs to make a waiting room for up to 114 people. Rows of boxy light gray metal lockers — each large enough to hold several suitcases — were installed. Employees at the intake center are being limited to one week of vacation during July and August.

Just a few hours after the public schools let out for summer, families began trickling into the center, their faces tight with stress. One woman walked briskly inside with her young son, who wore a bright blue backpack and held an armful of books. Another woman, who would not give her name, waited outside with her daughter, who had just finished second grade. “My sister said we couldn’t stay with her anymore,” she said, fanning herself for some relief from the humidity. “I said once she’s done with school, we’d get out.”

Arielle’s father, Douglas Maldonado, said that their landlord had stopped making repairs and had altered the building’s electric billing to make the Maldonados pay for other apartments’ power, up to $8,000 a month. But they held onto their apartment just long enough for Arielle’s graduation and for their son, Sabino Figueras, to graduate from eighth grade the week before.

The Bloomberg administration has run into trouble before with its handling of the summer influx of homeless families. In 2002, there was a public relations debacle when officials allowed hundreds of parents and children to wait in the intake office each day, more than three times the number that city fire codes allowed. Other families were placed in an empty men’s jail in the Bronx that was later discovered to have been contaminated with lead paint.

This summer, the administration will use a combination of existing homeless shelters that are not quite full and vacant apartment buildings that have been fixed up for homeless families, said Robert V. Hess, the commissioner of homeless services.

“We have a variety of options, so that we can be as nimble as possible,” Mr. Hess said. “We keep some reserve.”

One essential part of the city’s plan is to place families in hotels temporarily, some of which are used for both homeless people and paying customers.

Mr. Maldonado’s family spent its first few nights in a hotel on 145th Street in the Bronx. One of the mattresses in the room, Mr. Maldonado said, was filthy and stained with urine.

On June 28, Tarshima Dixon, a mother of four, went to the intake center with her 14-year-old son, Jason. Two more sons, Craig Dixon, 13, and Nahjee Johnson, 8, waited outside with their grandmother and cheerfully bounced a basketball on the sidewalk as Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” played from their minivan’s stereo.

Στο αποκαλυπτικό ντοκυμανταίρ για τον Απόλλωνα 11 πρωταγωνιστούν χωρίς σειρά προτεραιότητος οι: πρώην πρόεδρος Νίξον, Χένρυ Κίσσιγκερ, Αλεξάντερ Χαίηγκ, Στάνλευ Κιούμπρικ, Γουόλντ Ντίσνευ και άλλοι...




Τι να πει κανείς. Και η συνομωσία βέβαια δεν τελειώνει ούτε με αυτό το ντοκυμανταίρ. Ισα-ισα. Το ντοκυμανταίρ αυτό αποτελεί κάτι "άλλο", ενα μοκυμανταίρ, μία "καλοστημένη" φάρσα του δημιουργού της, η έτσι τουλάχιστον ισχυρίζεται ο ίδιος. Μία μελέτη στην υπερπραγματικότητα (!!??). Μπλόφα στην μπλόφα δηλαδή...

ΔΟΡΥΦΟΡΟΙ ΤΗΛΑΝΙΧΝΕΥΣΗΣ LRO, Η ΝΑΣΑ, APOLLO 11 ΚΑΙ Η ΣΕΛΗΝΗ 40 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΜΕΤΑ

40 Χρόνια πέρασαν απο τον Ιούλιο του 1969. Οσοι εκείνη τήν εποχή ήταν στά σχολικά θρανία, το καλοκαίρι εκείνο θάμενε βαθειά χαραγμένο στις μνήμες όλων σαν την μεγαλύτερη στιγμή της ανθρωπότητας. Μέσα στην καρδιά εκείνου του καλοκαιριού, ο άνθρωπος προσεληνώθηκε και περπάτησε στο φεγγάρι. Η αποστολή του Απόλλωνα 11, ο Αρμστρογκ, οι τηλεοπτικές παγκόσμιες εικόνες με το αποτύπωμα της περπατησιάς του ανθρώπου στην ερημιά (;;) της σελήνης, λειτούργησαν μαγικά γιά ολη εκείνη την γενιά. Ολη η συσσωρευμένη επιστημονική γνώση αναβαθμίστηκε με εκείνο το βήμα και ο ανθρωπος με τις μηχανές του έγινε, η νόμισε οτι έγινε, θεός.
Τα χρόνια πέρασαν, ο γερμανός αρχιμηχανικός των Ναζί Βέρνερ φον Μπράουν και οι περισσότεροι άμεσοι συνεργάτες του εχουν πιά εγκαταλείψει τον μάταιο κόσμο μας, και η ΝΑΣΑ, μετά από μία πολυτάραχη διαδρομή συνεχίζει το πρόγραμμα υλοποίησης της εξόδου του ανθρώπου στο διάστημα.
Μέσα στα σαράντα χρόνια που πέρασαν, η αποστολή του Απόλλωνα 11 αμφισβητήθηκε ακόμα και σάν πραγματικό γεγονός, και μάλιστα τα στοιχεία που κατακλύζουν το διαδίκτυο ευθέως αφαιρούν την μαγεία και την λαμπρότητα της στιγμής με διάφορες εκδοχές του τι πραγματικά συνέβη τότε.
Η νέα αποστολή της ΝΑΣΑ που βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη με στόχο την σελήνη , αλλά και οι ταυτόχρονες αποστολές της Ρωσίας και της Ιαπωνίας (έληξε πρίν λίγες ημέρες),έχουν επίσημο σκοπό την πλήρη χαρτογράφηση, την λεπτομερειακή απεικόνιση υψηλής ανάλυσης και αλλες "ειδικές" μετρήσεις του φυσικού (;;) δορυφόρου μας. Πράγμα περίεργο βέβαια, αν αναλογιστεί κανείς οτι αυτό το βήμα εχει ήδη ολοκληρωθεί πολλές φορές στο παρελθόν. Βέβαια, αυτή την φορά,η ΝΑΣΑ χρησιμοποιεί δορυφόρους που ανήκουν στην κατηγορία των μικροδορυφόρων τηλανίχνευσης σαν αυτούς που πολλές χώρες χρησιμοποιούν για στρατιωτικές, επιστημονικές, και εμπορικές εφαρμογές γήινης τηλεπισκόπισης .
Το πρόγραμμα LRO (Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter) προβλέπει την σάρωση της επιφάνειας, του υπεδάφους, και άλλων παραμέτρων σε κάθετη τροχιά και με περάσματα (από πόλο σε πόλο) σε χαμηλή τροχιά μόλις 50 χιλιομέτρων.







Οποιοι κι αν είναι οι σκοποί αυτής της τρέχουσας αποστολής, γεγονός είναι οτι ισως μάθουμε -τελικά - με την συλλογή των νέων πληροφοριών και δεδομένων, αν υπάρχουν και ποιοί υπάρχουν στην σελήνη εκτός από εμάς, τι ειναι οι κατασκευές, οι βάσεις, και διάφορα κατεστραμμένα σκάφη που έχουν φωτογραφηθεί,και τι ακριβώς συμβαίνει στην σκοτεινή πλευρά της...

40 χρόνια πρίν, όλα ήταν θαυμάσια και μαγικά, η "επίσημη" τηλεοπτική αναμετάδοση της προσελήνωσης του "Αητού" και το βήμα του Αρμστρογκ παρά την "μαυρόασπρη εσκεμμένη τηλεοπτική θολούρα" έκανε τους ανθρώπους εδώ στην γη να δακρύσουν...





Μέσα στα χρόνια που κύλησαν, αυτή η μεγαλειώδης στιγμή ξεθώριασε. Το ξεθώριασμα αυτό, δεν εχει σχέση με τον χρόνο. Εχει σχέση με αποκαλύψεις απίστευτες, που ούτε λίγο ούτε πολύ, μιλάνε για μια "ψεύτικη" αποστολή που κινηματογραφήθηκε με εντολή του τότε προέδρου Νίξον κατόπιν υπόδειξης του Γουόλντ Ντίσνευ απο τον μακαρίτη "μάγο" του Χόλλυγουντ Στάνλευ Κιούμπρικ (2001 η Οδύσσεια του Διαστήματος). Δέν ειναι πλέον ξεκάθαρο αν το περίφημο βίντεο με το βήμα του Αρμστρογκ αποτελεί "ενα τεράστιο βήμα για την ανθρωπότητα" η ενα ακόμα "τεράστιο ψέμα" της Αμερικής, του Χόλλυγουντ, του ανθρώπου...

Η ΕΥΚΑΙΡΙΑ

Η σύλληψη του Μιχάλη Χριστοφοράκου στη Γερμανία δίνει μια καλή ευκαιρία στο πολιτικό σύστημα να εξιλεωθεί-και να πληρώσει- για κάποιες από τις-πολλές- αμαρτίες του.

Τη στιγμή -πριν από μερικά χρόνια- που οι αστυνομικές δυνάμεις της Γερμανίας με τη συνοδεία εισαγγελέων, εισέβαλαν στα γραφεία της Ζήμενς για να ξεσκεπάσουν ένα από τα μεγάλα πολιτικά σκάνδαλα της εποχής μας, αυτό που εκτός των άλλων έκαναν ήταν να τοποθετήσουν μια βραδυφλεγή βόμβα στα θεμέλια του ελληνικού πολιτικού συστήματος. Τα σκάνδαλα του ελληνικού πολιτικού συστήματος ήταν γνωστά στο ευρύ κοινό, αλλά τις περισσότερες φορές σαν φήμη και όχι σαν μια πραγματικότητα που μπορεί να αποδειχτεί. Ειδικότερα στην περίπτωση της Ζήμενς, όπου οι χρηματοδοτούντες και οι χρηματοδοτούμενοι με μαύρο χρήμα, ανέρχονταν σε δεκάδες ή πιθανόν και σε εκατοντάδες, πράγμα που επέτρεπε σε πολλούς συμπολίτες μας να διάγουν μια χλιδάτη ζωή, πολύ πέρα από τις φαινομενικές οικονομικές δυνατότητές τους, οι ψίθυροι για κάποιο σχετικό σκάνδαλο κυκλοφορούσαν από χρόνια. Αλλά δεν είναι βέβαια οι μόνοι. Όπου γενικά κάνει δουλειές το Δημόσιο οι υποψίες για σκάνδαλα έρχονται σχεδόν αυτόματα, μια και πάρα πολλοί πλουτίζουν χωρίς φανερό λόγο. Επίσης και πάρα πολλοί γνωρίζουν. Και πολλοί από αυτούς ανήκουν στο πολιτικό προσωπικό, οι δε χρηματισθέντες με σοβαρά ποσά έχουν υπάρξει και Υπουργοί Κυβερνήσεων. Αν όμως δεν υπάρχουν αποδείξεις, είναι δύσκολο έστω και να μιλήσεις για κάτι. Η μεθοδολογία που έχει ακολουθήσει το πολιτικό σύστημα είναι κι αυτή γνωστή. Όσα σκάνδαλα καταγγέλλονταν πήγαιναν στον εισαγγελέα, που συνήθως τα έβαζε σε κάποιο συρτάρι για να έχει το κεφάλι του ήσυχο, μέχρι να ξεχαστεί η υπόθεση και μετά από κάποιο χρόνια να βγει κάποιο απαλλακτικό βούλευμα, όταν κανείς πια δεν θυμόταν τα σχετικά με τη συγκεκριμένη υπόθεση. Για να το έχει δε ήσυχο και το πολιτικό σύστημα, στην περίπτωση που κάποιοι εκπρόσωποι, ή του πολιτικού συτήματος ή της δικαιοσύνης, ήθελαν να κάνουν καλά τη δουλειά τους, έβγαλαν και εκείνο τον Νόμο περί Ευθύνης Υπουργών, που στην ουσία κάνει αδύνατη τη δίωξη πολιτικών προσώπων. Όλα αυτά όμως έχουν γίνει πια γνωστά στο ευρύ κοινό, που σε μεγάλο του μέρος αυτό που αισθάνεται απέναντι στα πολιτικά κόμματα και στους πολιτικούς, είναι θυμός που για την ώρα εκφράζεται μόνο με την αποχή από την εκλογική διαδικασία.

Αν το σκάνδαλο της Ζήμενς βρισκόταν μόνο στα χέρια της ελληνικής πολιτικής και της ελληνικής δικαιοσύνης, είναι σίγουρο πως κι αυτό θα χανόταν σε κάποιους διαδρόμους. Αυτή τη φορά όμως τα πράγματα ήταν διαφορετικά μια και η υπόθεση είχε γίνει διεθνής. Όποιες προσπάθειες κι αν έγιναν είτε για να ξεχαστεί είτε για να καλυφθεί η υπόθεση έπεσαν στο κενό, μια και η βασική διερεύνηση γινόταν από Γερμανούς δικαστές και από τις αμερικάνικες εταιρίες ελέγχου παρομοίων υποθέσεων που ανακατεύτηκαν στην υπόθεση. Το σκάνδαλο έφτασε για το ελληνικό σύστημα σε απίστευτα επίπεδα εξευτελισμού, όταν οι βασικοί ύποπτοι για την υπόθεση, αντί να προφυλακιστούν από την πρώτη στιγμή, βρήκαν αρκετό χρόνο για να κουκουλώσουν ότι μπορούσαν, να προσπαθήσουν να εξασφαλίσουν τα χρήματά τους και τελικά να διαφύγουν στο εξωτερικό. Όπως είπαμε όμως η υπόθεση έχει ξεφύγει από τους αμιγώς ελληνικούς χειρισμούς. Η σύλληψη του Μιχάλη Χριστοφοράκου στη Γερμανία ανοίγει μια καινούργια σελίδα σ’ αυτήν την πολύ ζουμερή υπόθεση. Και το ελληνικό πολιτικό σύστημα έχει μια καλή ευκαιρία για νε εξιλεωθεί και για να πληρώσει γα κάποιες από τις πολλές αμαρτίες του. Ο δικηγόρος του Χριστοφοράκου ήδη λίγο μετά τη σύλληψή του έκανε σε δηλώσεις του λόγο για 7 Υπουργούς του Πασόκ και 5 της Νέας Δημοκρατίας που χρηματίστηκαν από τον πελάτη του. Βρισκόμαστε βέβαια μπροστά στο γνωστό παράδοξο χάρη στην πρόνοια του πολιτικού κατεστημένου. Οι μεσάζοντες στον χρηματισμό να κινδυνεύουν με βαριές φυλακίσεις, ενώ οι βασικά χρηματισθέντες να μην υπάρχει περίπτωση να τιμωρηθούν, έστω κι αν ο χρηματισμός αποδειχτεί χωρίς καμιά αμφιβολία. Έστω κι έτσι όμως , έστω κι αν οι βασικοί υπεύθυνοι, από τα δυο κόμματα εξουσίας και σίγουρα και από άλλα, δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να τιμωρηθούν, οι αρχηγοί των κομμάτων, δηλαδή βασικά ο Καραμανλής και ο Παπανδρέου και οι αρχηγοί όσων άλλων κομμάτων εμπλέκονται, έχουν υποχρέωση να δώσουν στη δημοσιότητα τα ονόματα όσων χρηματίστηκαν. Είναι η τελευταία ευκαιρία για να διασώσουν και τη δική τους υπόληψη και την υπόληψη των κομμάτων τους. Αν δεν το κάνουν που είναι και το πιθανότερο, τότε το πολιτικό σύστημα εξουσίας , έτσι όπως το έχουμε γνωρίσει από την Μεταπολίτευση και μετά, κατά πάσα πιθανότητα, θα πάψει σε λίγο καιρό να υπάρχει. Και αυτό θα είναι και το δίκαιο.

Το σκάνδαλο της Ζήμενς, είναι ένα μεγάλο σκάνδαλο, αλλά δεν είναι το μόνο. Στον περίγυρο του ΟΤΕ έχουν κινηθεί κι άλλες εταιρίες με σκανδαλώδη τρόπο και γι αυτά δεν πρόκειται να μάθουμε ποτέ τίποτα, παρά μόνο αν τύχει και από σπόντα, αμ δηλαδή εμπλακεί κανένα ξένο κράτος. Σε όλο τον κόσμο υπάρχουν σκάνδαλα, αλλά κάποτε, όταν αποκαλύπτονται, οι ένοχοι τιμωρούνται κι έτσι το σύστημα ξαναβρίσκει την ισορροπία του. Αυτό που συμβαίνει στην Ελλάδα είναι πέρα από κάθε περιγραφή. Είναι καιρός επί τέλους, κάπου, κάπως, κάποιες ιστορίες να έρουν στο φως. Αν όχι, αργά ή γρήγορα, το Σύστημα που λειτουργεί από τη Μεταπολίτευση μέχρι σήμερα θα πέσει. Και αυτό γιατί σε μια από τις παραμέτρους αυτού του συστήματος, στην παράμετρο της πληροφόρησης, υπάρχουν ρωγμές, που όσο πάει και βαθαίνουν. Μέχρι να γίνουν ρήγματα.
